By scheduling or using Wimmer's Auto Detailing services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined below. Prior to service, Wimmer's Auto Detailing will document the general condition of the vehicle, and customers are encouraged to point out any areas of concern before work begins. Wimmer's Auto Detailing assumes no liability for conditions existing prior to service, including but not limited to scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, dents, faded or oxidized paint, cracked or peeling trim, worn or stained upholstery, loose moldings, or damaged seals. While every effort is made to deliver thorough, high-quality results, outcomes will vary based on the age, condition, and maintenance history of the vehicle, and complete removal of deep stains, embedded odors, heavy oxidation, ingrained soiling, or paint defects cannot be guaranteed. Paint correction, scratch removal, and ceramic coating are specialty services not included in standard packages unless explicitly selected and agreed upon at the time of booking.
All service pricing is based on vehicle size and the package selected at booking and reflects standard vehicle conditions. Vehicles requiring excessive time due to heavy dirt buildup, pet hair, trash, biohazardous material, mold, or other conditions may incur additional charges, and the customer will always be notified and asked to approve any additional work before it is performed. No additional charges will be applied without prior customer consent. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment. Wimmer's Auto Detailing accepts Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Check. If a deposit was collected at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time or in the case of a no-show. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service, including items from all compartments, glove boxes, center consoles, and storage areas; Wimmer's Auto Detailing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle during service.
By scheduling and proceeding with service, the customer confirms they are the registered owner of the vehicle or hold full legal authorization from the registered owner to approve detailing services. Wimmer's Auto Detailing reserves the right to request documentation of ownership or authorization if reasonable cause exists. For mobile services, customers agree to provide safe access to a functioning outdoor water source within a reasonable distance of the vehicle unless a waterless or rinseless service has been pre-arranged, a reasonably level and stable surface to work on, and adequate space around the vehicle for equipment setup. If the location is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival, Wimmer's Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule the appointment at no penalty to either party.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or high winds, and customers will be contacted as promptly as possible to arrange an alternative time. In the event Wimmer's Auto Detailing must cancel due to equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, no cancellation fee will be assessed and a replacement appointment will be offered at the earliest availability. A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty; same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee. Vehicles containing excessive refuse, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, mold, needles, or other hazardous substances may be refused service or subject to additional charges. Wimmer's Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the vehicle condition, work environment, or customer behavior presents safety concerns or conditions materially different from what was described at booking. In cases where service is declined due to undisclosed conditions discovered upon arrival, Wimmer's Auto Detailing reserves the right to assess a trip fee to cover travel time and expenses.
Wimmer's Auto Detailing may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes; images used for promotional purposes will never include personally identifiable information such as license plate numbers, and photos will not be used for marketing if the customer requests otherwise on the service agreement. Wimmer's Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. In the event that damage occurs as a direct result of service, liability is limited to the total cost of the service performed, and Wimmer's Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions, manufacturer defects, improperly installed aftermarket parts, or conditions undisclosed at the time of service. Any concerns or damage claims must be reported to Wimmer's Auto Detailing within 48 hours of service completion; claims submitted outside of this window may not be considered. Customers dissatisfied with any aspect of service must notify Wimmer's Auto Detailing immediately upon completion or within 24 hours so that reasonable efforts can be made to address the concern; complaints raised after 24 hours or following additional use or environmental exposure of the vehicle may be difficult to assess and may not qualify for a remedy.
